|How long have you been running?
||As a small child my mother would run after me to try to catch me as I was usually naughty, so from about the age of 2!!
|Why do you run?
||To get fresh air and keep fit
|Describe your favourite run:
||Cross country running at lunchtimes from work, these are heavily wooded, extremely hilly and usually muddy runs.
|Do you take part in races? If so what distance/terrain?
||Christmas Cracker 10k for the last 10 years, Bristol Half and 10k a few times, Tough Ten, Parkrun, Henlow 10 , handicapped 5 miler at work and a few others.
|What is your greatest running achievement?
||Representing the Royal Air Force at cross country in the English South West and South East leagues in the 80’s..
|How long have you been a member of Cheddar Running Club?
||Since Feb 2015
|Why did you join Cheddar Running Club?
||To attempt to halt the slow decline with my pace due to ageing.
|How has Cheddar Running Club helped you and your running?
||The speed sessions definitely get your body used to running under stress. Helps improve pace over all distances.
|What would you say to anyone thinking of joining the club?
||Just turn up, always someone to talk to and go with the flow. It is as easy or as hard as you want it to be.
