How long have you been running? Since 2005
Why do you run? Firstly it was weight management, now it is to be competitive in races.
Describe your favourite run: Probably racing half marathons – you’re not running fast enough to hurt nor far enough to deal with massive amount of fatigue.
Do you take part in races? If so what distance/terrain? Yes – All but only up to marathon distance.
What is your greatest running achievement?  Lacing up my first pair of trainers in my late 30s at 15st 5lb
How long have you been a member of Cheddar Running Club? Since 2007

 

Why did you join Cheddar Running Club?  Roger persuaded me to join.
How has Cheddar Running Club helped you and your running? First lesson I learnt was not to run hard all the time, from that I’ve gone from a 1:51 HM to 1:21 (keep watching this space)
What would you say to anyone thinking of joining the club? Come along a few times not just once.
