Do you take part in races? If so what distance/terrain? | Mainly road, anything from 10k to a marathon. Around 10 races a year. You have to have something to train / aim towards, it really makes a difference to your progression. |
What is your greatest running achievement? | London Marathon – putting the hours in to train is a massive commitment. |

Why did you join Cheddar Running Club? | Meet new people and escalate my fitness for running and football. |
How has Cheddar Running Club helped you and your running? | It pushes you to another level. |
What would you say to anyone thinking of joining the club? | Join! however you need to come a few times to really benefit. Don’t be scared and listen to Mr Roach he’s a top guy ! |
