Why do you run? | Firstly it was weight management, now it is to be competitive in races. |
Describe your favourite run: | Probably racing half marathons – you’re not running fast enough to hurt nor far enough to deal with massive amount of fatigue. |
Do you take part in races? If so what distance/terrain? | Yes – All but only up to marathon distance. |
What is your greatest running achievement? | Lacing up my first pair of trainers in my late 30s at 15st 5lb |

How has Cheddar Running Club helped you and your running? | First lesson I learnt was not to run hard all the time, from that I’ve gone from a 1:51 HM to 1:21 (keep watching this space) |
What would you say to anyone thinking of joining the club? | Come along a few times not just once. |
